How to cook with cannabis! Showcase

My 420 Tours’ Cannabis Cooking Class fuses the love for cannabis and culinary technique. Guided by expert chef, Travis French, locals and tourists from all over the world can learn the techniques of infusing their favorite recipes with cannabis. French guides students through the process on baking, slow-cooking, and alcohol extraction. In fact, French uses marijuana just like the herb that it is. Instead of putting rosemary in your pasta sauce, next time throw some cannabis in there and see how much more fun your Sunday night family dinners are.

French also teaches different themed menus from Chinese cuisine to Mexican and American. For the holidays, French teaches students  how to add cannabis to their turkey and holiday sides because holiday meals with the family could use a little bit of herbal lubricant. French also boasts about his Flan Napolitano recipe, a unique cannabis-infused twist on the South American dessert staple.

The Cannabis Cooking Classes are a somewhat new addition to My 420 Tours’ repertoire of experiences. “Originally we just had a dispensary, grow tour, and our hotel accommodations, but we saw this interest in edible consumption,” says My 420 Tours’ sales director Joe Schaefer. “The inability to access it as a product at home was something we needed to address. We created this class around that idea. There are several types of cooking classes around town but none of them are as unique as ours, where the consumer actually learns how to prepare a higher-end meal, and also how to infuse a portion of that with a cannabis product.”

Based on the success of the Cannabis Cooking Class, My 420 Tours has launched a new experience, Sushi, Sake and Joint Rolling class. During this class, participants learn how to roll sushi like the pros, while smoking joints and drinking unlimited sake. Both educational, immersive experiences are simply unforgettable ways of spending your Colorado cannabis vacation or just a Friday date night in Denver.
